  We needed a nurse outfit but weren't sure if the hospital it was for would allow the certain color they had in stock. We asked the lady at the counter and she says they accept returns no problem and we're able to refund as long as it is not used. But when we go back the next day because the hospital we needed it for did not fit with the dress code color, the SAME LADY said we cannot get a refund. The uniform was not worn at all, simply shown to the hospital manager to see if the color was ok. And the most we could do is get store credit for an expensive outfit. She did not even let us keep the special plastic bag it came in. Careful what you buy and don't believe what they tell you. They don't always offer refunds and use word play to get you to buy it that way.
