He set up the delivery and removal, wrote down the fee's on the contractor's card, made sure I entered the kayak drawing. The other staff was helpful while I waited for Rodney to get off the phone, offering beverages to myself and my friend. Oh, and I found the couch in the color and style I wanted and a terrific price.
