  I use to only shop at lowes for my home needs. I recently got new carpet installed in my house. I went through Lowes to get the carpet and to have their installers do it. They did a bad job no transition strips in place, carpet on the stairs is lose, and the tac strips poke thru the carpet and my kids step on them. ( still not been taken care of , calling getting run around from lowes and the installers been 5 weeks. Nothing no resolve) plus they did not carpet a section of my living room which I specifically asked if they did measurements and the workers said yes the did the measurements and lowes said they do not have measurements for that area. I am tired of getting the run around, say they are going to help and talk to installers and nothing.
