  I have been saving my holiday rewards points for a time when I would be in need of gas. 9/20/2017 @ 10:40AM I go into the Holiday Gas Station and attempt to scan my card to get my points printed. It seem as though the printer was not even on. Sales Associate Julie was assisting me. I asked her why the machine wasn't on. She told me to move over to get my points and she attempted to call for the next customer. I told her it wasn't working. She then repeated that to me. I asked her if she could fix it or reset it. She said no it will work when it works and I can't get my points. I asked for someone else to help me. A young gentleman(obviously new) said he didn't know how to reset it and that Julie has been here much longer so she would know before he does. I asked for the manager and he said Sharon wasn't in that day and wouldn't tell me when she would be in next. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I am going back to Cheveron! Congratulations Holiday, you just lost a regularl, once loyal customer.
