  Friendly, knowledgeable employees. Would've rated the establishment five stars but had to stand in line for 10 minutes with just one associate working that department.

  The last electronic store. You want new electronics to go Best Buy. One of two in Anchorage nice store just at the back part connected to the mall is dirty. My wife said the ladies bathroom was dirty too.

  Rating is for the buy online and pick up in store experience. I see no way whatsoever that this process is quicker, easier or more convenient than just walking in and picking it off the shelf myself. I waited three times as long as I would have on checkout only to have them spend the next five minutess searching for the thing I ordered. If m you're coming in from the Bush with a larger order, maybe, otherwise just go buy it off the shelf.
